Our Process
Eulum Design is staffed by a small team of skilled experts who take personal responsibility for every product. While working with us to realise your vision, you will have a personal representative whom you may contact at any time with questions or ideas. No generic mailboxes or robotic assistants, your queries go straight to the person that can answer them.
As a result of this personalised methodology, we are happy to have you as involved in the design and development process as you see fit. We aim to hold regular meetings with our clients to discuss design developments and ensure your ideas are realised, involving the creation of 3D drawings, renders and physical prototypes, both fabricated and additive manufactured.
Once a design is approved by you, we begin the process of sourcing sustainable or recycled materials and begin manufacturing.
The manufacturing process is optimised to reduce waste, maximise the inclusion of recycled materials and pass through multiple stages of quality assurance testing. Products are then carefully assembled, ensuring that a skilled worker is easily able to disassemble the luminaires for future maintenance and servicing. This allows our design solutions to continue to function well beyond their expected lifespan, removing the need to replace them in future.
Every luminaire, driver and controller that goes into our design solutions are rigorously tested by hand, before, during and after the assembly process. Once complete, everything is given a final close inspection before being packaged in sustainable materials ready for delivery. As per our philosophy, all products are delivered with a 5 year guarantee and a promise of free, end-of-life ethical disposal, when returned to us.
